Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation SRES®
The SRES® is an official designation of the National Association of REALTORS®. Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers aged 50-plus. Earning the SRES® designation was a natural next step and it rounds my knowledge base and resources to better serve all of my clients.
My goal is to provide you with information you need to make the best decision for you! Whether that is to connect you to services to make changes within your home to make it less challenging to manage, or to connect you to trusted professionals to get your house ready to sell, together we will decide on a plan, resources, and timeline you are happy with.

Strategic Listing Plan
The first step is for us to meet. During this meeting I will seek to understand your goals, timeline, any potential challenges and your motivation. You will take me through your home and showcase everything it has to offer. I will ask a lot of questions and take a lot of notes. We will then discuss a plan that works best for you.
